They were so helpful in guiding me through the process of getting the car, and got me approved in less than a week.Sir Roger de Leon, who was referred to me by friends, was incredibly helpful and generous with his time, taking me through the entire process of getting my first car and making sure I understood everything. He is a true professional who is polite, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car at the best price. His knowledgeable advice and friendly demeanor made the experience of purchasing my first car a great one.I highly recommend Toronto Honda, and Roger in particular, to anyone looking to purchase their new car.

I dealt 100% with Anna, who always kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process of purchasing and financing my Honda.She answered all my questions, let me know when I was able to pick it up, and even completed some of the paperwork prior to me coming down to sign and take possession.So I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.Superior customer service, and they even sent me home with a couple bonuses.I'm very pleased with the entire transaction, and will keep Bill's in mind for any future needs.

Update: a lot of new cars guys the C-RV electric half/half is amazing just $50.000 they have one tesla left go jump on it and see all the good lovely new cars sale people are all lovely and honestThis is a place you can trust, very honest , if you have to pay just pay if it’s covered it’s covered I bought my new car from here Honda CR-V , got a few issue all covered some I had to pay , but sales rep, service people are super friendly and honest Spinelli exist since ever I don’t thing they lie for a few hundred simply because they don’t need it, go check the new renovation go buy a Honda from there you feel like home, very clean some time they change employees not because they let them go just because they find something else.I bought my car and I’m so happy with everything go get yours what you are waiting for, buy your car from Spinelly with zero worry.

Had what I needed and a good friendly place.

5 stars for Erik the sellerAfter sell service - 0 star (if I can) for Claudine. Wasted hours, days, months to the registration of my vehicle. She keeps blaming on the new SAAQ system but at the same time, she never try to resolve the problem, follow up with clients. I have to do everything by myself event though I bought a brand new car at the dealership. Here is the timeline- 1st day had the car, they said they will have my plate the day delivered, which is not.- 2 weeks after having the car, 0 follow up. They don’t care if the temporary plate is expired or not. I have to emails, calls and ask them to give me a new one. And also said the plate should be ready soon.-3 weeks later, no call, no email or any follow up from them. I have to call again. Then when I show up to the dealer, they saif I have to to SAAQ to resolve a problem. I went to SAAQ, wasted my 3 hours there and SAAQ confirmed that the problem does not come from me.- the day after, I went to the dealer again to pick up a paper from this dealer to register the vehicle by myself. Claudine comes up again and said she could do registration if I can wait. Waited 2 hours and she finally came up with a paper that she shoulda gave me 2 hours ago just for me have to go the SAAQ again to register my vehicle!!!

I brought my CRV in for an oil change and to have the door looked at. The staff is always very friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When the oil change and the door adjustment was done, I was phoned and given enough time to finish my errands and pick the vehicle up. I always enjoy dealing with Centennial Honda because of their, professionalism and friendliness.
